Food is my Life! (2)

“Food is my Life”
My journey onto ‘food‘ started when I was offered admission to study Food Science and Technology as a course at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife, Osun-State, Nigeria instead of Pharmacy that I applied for originally.
Then, I thought it was an error, not knowing that it was a divinely inspired error that will later shape my future in the industry. And after obtaining the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in the course, I have not look back despite the challenges and difficulties.
With my interest and passion for food, I found out that I am still part of God’s plan for my country, Nigeria. All my adversities during the hard times is definitely for the advancement of the food industry. And because, I stay focus on food, all the disappointments I have ever experienced has now become a divine appointments.
I started this food blog solely to advance the course of the industry. I met a lot of opposition which has now open doors of opportunities for me. Nothing will ever hold me back from talking or writing about food. In this food industry, I am created to be a victor and will never be a victim. And since my God is not a loser, I can’t be a loser but a winner.
Lately, I found out that I did not become a food technologist by accident, not an instructor with Fooddotcom Catering Academy by accident, not a recruiter/trainer with Respitality Care Company by accident and neither did I become a food writer with FoodpreneurNews by accident, but by providence to fulfill life and God purpose for me in food industry.
