OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH CONFERENCE
As a food evangelist and a stakeholder, I was part of the 2nd Lagos State Occupational Safety and Health Conference (OSH 2022) organised by the Lagos State Safety Commission (LSS) with the theme: “Let’s Act Together to Build a Positive Safety and Health Culture”
Some pertinent issues that came up which we need to urgently address as individual and organisation are:
1- What do you considered to be safety?
2- Does your organisation have a documented safety culture?
3- Do you agree with the fact that safety culture is a product of individual and group values?

5- How do we nurture young minds to develop a positive safety culture?
6- What are the practical steps you would suggest to build a safety and health culture in an organisation?
7- What roles does leadership commitment play in building a positive safety and health culture in an organisation?
