The Foodserivice industry has become a veritable part of the existence of many Nigerians and it occupy a central part of our everyday lives. The Foodservice Industry through its Restaurant sector is a major contributor to the nations employment generation, poverty reduction and in sustaining food and nutrition in addition to contributing to the nations Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

Fast food business did not originate from the US,Britain, neither did it originate from any of the European countries. Nigeria Fast foods business dated back to ages with the procustion of such food items as Akara,puff-puff, Ojojo, roasted yam , fried yam,mosa amon others.
