Food is my life (5)
Food is my life
Armed with the knowledge and exposure that I have about food, I realized that I have gone through a contrasting cyclic seasons of life where one gives birth to the other.
As much as I tried, I could not escape the dry season to have the rainy season and the attitude I developed in the dry season is what I am enjoying in the rainy season.
In my food journey, I have sowed during the seed time and now I am harvesting.
Food champions are groomed in the dry season and they manifest in the rainy season. And as a food champion myself, I have been groomed in the dry season and that is why I am manifesting good fruits in the rainy season.
I thank God for the dry season as it has produced the best stuffs of which many food champions are made. I equally thank God that I was born in Nigeria, a home of good foods.
Now, I know longer look at the turbulent side of life anymore but constantly focus my attention on the food side of life. My thoughts are generally on food. I know better that by simply changing the way I eat has really change the way I feel about myself.
I need to be mentally stable so as to be in control of my mind and body and my cravings and emotions will not make food decisions for me but the decisions are mine. I am not a terrible eater as I tend to eat real food and I never eat too much as I am choosy of what I ate.
I will be happy if you could simply share your food side of life with me today.
